Loss Time Accidents
CAC's commitment to safety is evident in its overall safety record. For the last several years, CAC has maintained a perfect record of 0 loss time accidents.

2009 TRIR
Total Recordable Incident Rates (TRIR) is a formula used to indicate or compare the safety performance of companies and industries. Each year in October, the U.S. Department releases statistical data comprised of the average TRIR for diferent industries. In the year 2009, CAC, Inc. sustained no recordable incedents, netting us a perfect 0 rate.

Safety Observation Action Responce Program (SOAR)
In 2006, CAC, Inc rolled out its own SOAR program to promote a safe enviroment on the jobsites. CAC, Inc. is commited to the safety and health of its employees and those around them and the conservation of the enviroment. In an effort to enforce this behavior in our employees and identif ppotentiol prompelems areas, CAC Inc. maintaines its own Safety Incentive Program.

This point based system allows employees to collect points by turning in a pre-printed card called an SOAR Card. The employee is asked to provide more information, feedback and possible corrective action to be taken. The points are then accumulated and a certificate is issued to be redeemable for one the established prizes.

The data is collected from the cards and entered into a database which is used by management to analyze current risks, liabilities, safety strengths and weaknesses and adjusted accordingly.
